- Kudos!!!! Okay, that's it!!! I'm telling everybody I know what a fantastic company you are! Here's how my first order with you went: I had a question about one of your products, so I e-mailed you. I received a response that first day! Your product sounded good, so I ordered a sample of 4 of your lotions. My order was placed on 12/2/03, and I received it 12/5! I immediately opened the (very well packaged) product and found that the lotion filled the bottle to the brim (unlike other companies that always leave about a quarter of an inch at the top, which I hate). The scents smelled just as described (red clover tea, warm vanilla sugar, mango and cucumber melon), but they didn't double as perfume. They were just nice and lightly scented . . . perfect! I put just a little dollop on my hand and rubbed it in. My hands felt so soft, but they weren't greasy! I even washed my hands twice and they still felt soft and carried a light scent. Then I looked at the packing slip and found it to be signed . . . by hand! So: the product was exactly what I wanted and at an affordable price, it shipped fantastically fast, there was a personal touch . . . you nailed it! Thanks so much for exceeding expectations. I hope your company is around for a good long time, and I'm going to tell everyone about you (I think your sampler lotions will be my staple bridal shower / birthday / Christmas gift idea from now on)!
