Cloud Nine uses Constant Contact to administer its newsletter. The newsletter is an "double opt-in" newsletter, which means that subscribers must submit their e-mail address, then respond to an e-mail confirming their e-mail address, in order to join. Cloud Nine will use these e-mail addresses for the sole purpose of communicating to its newsletter subscribers through the newsletter.
Cloud Nine will not reveal or sell these addresses to anyone unless required to by law. Cloud Nine also abides by the e-mail privacy policies of Constant Contact. Subscribers may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter.
If you respond to a customer survey or fill out a customer information card at one of our shows, and indicate that you want to subscribe to our newsletter on that survey, we will add you manually. You may unsubscribe at any time.
