Cloud Nine prefers to be contacted via e-mail so a written record of
all correspondence can be maintained - and we are able to respond to
your questions most quickly by e-mail.
Our phone is generally not staffed,
so if you prefer to reach us by phone, either e-mail with your question
and the best time to return your call, or leave a detailed message on the
voice mail (note: the phone is generally not the quickest way to contact
us to place an order or resolve an issue as we have very limited staff). Thank you!

Please make sure you include a subject line in your message, or the e-mail
might get lost in cyberspace! (i.e. the filtering software will throw it in the
trash)
- Note: we do not respond to requests for free samples. Also, we do
not have a printed catalog at this time but we may in the future.
- NO SPAM. Please do not use our e-mail addresses to solicit your
products or services. If you wish us to consider your company as a
supplier, please send brochures and/or product samples to our postal
address for our evaluation.

We have temporarily closed our wholesale program to new customers. We
are working on some exciting new changes to our program and will make an

If you pay by check or money order (whether you selected this option in
the shopping cart or if you are mailing in an order from a catalog),
please mail payments, along with a copy of your order, to this
address, at your earliest convenience. If payment is not received within 7
business days, the order will be cancelled unless other arrangements
have been made.

Please leave a detailed message, including your name, company if
applicable, phone number, which product(s) you are interested in, and the best time to reach you. Without
ALL of this information, I will not be able to return your call. Please wait
approximately seven rings for the voice mail to answer.
Unfortunately, we do not have an international calling plan so we
are not able to return international calls at this time. No Soliciting.
Do not use this phone number to sell your products or
services to us. These unsolicited phone calls will be ignored. If
you have product samples or brochures for us to evaluate, please send
them via postal mail.
Messages are checked once or twice per day.
Every effort will be made to return your call within 24 hours on
business days, as long as you leave us enough information to return
your call.
We may need to do some research before we can return your call with
the information you requested.
If we do not return your phone call after one business day, please
e-mail, as the phone and
its voice mail system sometimes have technical difficulties and we
may not have your message.
Please limit your phone calls to weekdays, 9 am - 4 pm PST. If you
wish to reach us outside these hours, please e-mail us at info@candlebath.com.

Orders may be faxed. Please do not include a cover
page.
A $1.00 fee will be added to each faxed page that is not an
order form.
If you choose to fax an order, you may either call in your credit card
information, or you can send a check or money order through regular mail.
Leave a phone number so you can be quoted a shipping total. Your
order will be delivered after payment is received. Orders paid by check will have an
additional delay, as specified on the policies
page.
Do not include your credit card information with your faxed order, as
we use an outside party to receive faxes and your information would not be
private.
